By downloading or using DevBrew ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. The price is determined by the App Store listing at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

All content, design, and code in the App are the intellectual property of Nikita Posokhov and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
